Breaking: Ramadan: Hon. Barr. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, Ph.D, former Minister of State for Education, Distributes Foodstuffs to Needy Muslims in Enugu State.

The former Minister of State for Education, Hon. Barr. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, on Friday, the 28th day of March 2025, distributed food items to over 1000 Muslims and Islamic Schools to mark the end of the Ramadan Fasting period.

Enugu State Members of Young Nigeria Voices (YNV) came in their numbers to witness the distributions of the food items to the Muslim faithful.

Hon. Anthony Ogechukwu Nwobodo, Enugu State Coordinator for YNV, represented the Director General of YNV, Prince Collins, in distributing the food items to our Muslim brothers and sisters at the Uwani Central Area Mosque in Enugu.
Hon. Nwobodo Anthony Ogechukwu, while distributing the items provided by our Leader, Hon. Nwajiuba, explained that the aim was to foster peace and unity in the State.
According to the Enugu State Coordinator, Hon. Nwajiuba has consistently targeted over 2000 underprivileged Muslims and Tsangaya Islamic Schools across the Country for food and other assistance during and after the Ramadan period.

He reiterated that the goal was to provide foodstuffs for the less privileged.

Comrade Igwesih Igwesih, in his own remark, encouraged the recipients to pray to Allah for an end to the rising challenges of insecurity, high inflation/high cost of living, bad governance, corruption, and other issues affecting peace and stability in Nigeria.
Comrade Igwesih Igwesih also appealed to the well-meaning Nigerians to emulate Barr. Nwajiuba in helping the needy.
He commended Nwajiuba for always putting the interests of his people first.

Receiving these items, the Chief Imam of the Mosque, Alhaji Musa An, expressed gratitude to Hon Nwajiuba for the support.
We truly appreciate you, Sir, because these food items you presented to us came at a time of great need when no one else seemed to be concerned about us.

Similarly, the leader of the Women’s wing, Mrs. Bello Adekemi Fatima, acknowledged Hon. Nwajiuba’s long-standing support for the welfare of Muslims Women in Nigeria.
She prayed to Allah to grant Nwajiuba his heart desires for the good of humanity.

YNV: One for All,
All for One.

In God We Trust.

May your vision never dim!.√
