Hon. Johnson Samuel Ani, Majority Leader, Enugu State House of Assembly is an astute leader and unarguably one of the greatest leaders Enugu North Constituency has seen.
The people of Enugu North Constituency showed through their ballot papers that Hon. Johnson Samuel Ani could transform Enugu North Constituency to an enviable height.
True to the people’s belief Hon. Johnson Samuel Ani has been able to bring government closer to the people of his constituency by embarking on programmes and policies aimed at reducing poverty to the barest minimum in Enugu North Constituency.
He has invested much, providing basic amenities to the people.
His first take off project immediately after their inuaguration on 13th June 2023, was the reconstruction of UNEC, Students Affairs Link Road.
This he did to meet the people’s yearnings and His Excellency, Barr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah efforts to improve infrastructure in the state.
Hon. Johnson Samuel Ani also approved and purchased over 1,300 solar street lights for installation across all the 13 political wards in Enugu North Constituency.
The project saw the installation of 100 solar street lights in all the wards in Enugu North Constituency.
Another of his project is back to school programme aimed at complementing the purposeful leadership of His Excellency, Barr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah in improving the standard of education in the State.
Hon. Johnson Samuel Ani, has fulfilled his campaign promise that education will be a priority by embarking on his back to school programme to cover 54 public primary schools in Enugu North Constituency.
All the 54 public primary schools has been covered and each was presented with over 1000 exceise books and other writing materials to support our pupils in their education pursuit.
He have equally directed all the headmistresses and headmasters of the 54 public primary schools in my constituency to forward to him, the names of the pupils that take First positions, Second positions, Third Positions for him to grant them scholarship.
His current project is his free medical outreach programme to the elderly to improve their living standard because Health is wealth.
Hon. Johnson Samuel Ani has graciously given the Catholic and Pentecostal churches through their priest over over 1000 free medical cards to come to St. Augustine Hospital, Asata for free medical treatment.
It is now the duty of these churches to identify the elderly people that is in need of the medical care and send them to hospital for treatment.
Hon. Johnson Samuel Ani commends the hardworking Governor of Enugu State for providing him with the enabling environment to perform his duties as majority Leader, Enugu State House of Assembly.
Finally, Hon. Johnson is ever grateful and indebted to God for the Grace and to the good people of Enugu North Constituency for their love and support that enabled his projects to see the light of the day.
