In order to fulfill my campaign promise to the good people of Enugu North Constituency and complement the purposeful leadership of the Executive Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah in improving the standard of education in the State.
I have commenced my back to school programme to cover 54 public primary schools in Enugu North Constituency.
We started at St. Luke Primary school Obiagu, where I distributed 1000 exercise books and other writing materials to support our pupils in their education pursuit.
We are still on tour to the other schools.
I also encourage the pupils to study hard because they are the leaders of tomorrow.
I have equally directed all the headmistresses and headmasters of the 54 public primary schools in Enugu North to forward me, the names of the best 3 pupils for me to grant them scholarship.
I must commend the hardworking Governor of Enugu State for providing me with the enabling environment to perform my duties as the majority leader, Enugu State House of Assembly.
I must equally commend the pupils and the headmistresses and headmasters for appreciating my efforts.
I will forever remain grateful to my God and the good people of Enugu North for their candid prayers and support.
