I have approved and purchased over 1,300 solar street lights for installation accross all the 13 political wards in Enugu North Constituency.
The First phase of the project was commenced on 4 September, 2023 at Ward 11, premier layout Enugu, saw the installation of 100 solar street lights.
The second phase installation of 100 solar street lights each in the remaining 12 wards will commence on 5th September, 2023.
I wish to use this medium to appeal to the people of the areas to safeguard the street lights jealously, be security conscious and remain committed to constituted authorities by being supportive to government policies and programmes.
