The Labour Party’s gubernatorial candidate in Anambra State and immediate past Managing Director of the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), Chief Dr. George Moghalu, has extended warm congratulations to His Royal Majesty, Igwe Nnaemeka Alfred Achebe, CFR, MNI (Agbogidi), on the auspicious occasion of his 84th birthday.
In a message personally signed by Dr. Moghalu, he hailed the revered Obi of Onitsha as an emblem of national unity, social cohesion, and visionary leadership.
