PREAMBLE: NIGERIA @ 66 AND THE ENUGU QUESTION.
On this day, 1st October 2026, as Nigeria marks 66 years of freedom from British colonialism, we must ask: Are we truly free?
We are free from colonial masters, but not from bad management. Free from foreign rule, but not from flood, hunger, unemployment and waste.
A New Nigeria will emerge – but only if we give mandate to competent managers, not career politicians.
I, _Chief Obodoeze Ocho Chukwuma_, present myself not as a politician seeking office, but as a Builder seeking responsibility.

I am not a career politician. I am a results-driven professional.

No more one-sided government.
*PILLAR 1: AGRICULTURE REVOLUTION – FROM HOE TO HARVEST TO WEALTH*
Agriculture will no longer be punishment for the poor. It will be made modern, profitable, and mechanized. We will create Agro-Industrial Clusters across Enugu, linking our rural farmers to technology, credit from Aku Diewa model, and markets. Enugu will feed Enugu.
*PILLAR 2: TECHNOLOGY & YOUTH INNOVATION ECONOMY – THE NEW OIL*
Our greatest oil well is our youth. We will leverage technology to empower young people, drive innovation, digitize governance, and create 50,000+ tech and agri-enterprise jobs. The future is not in Abuja allocation, it is in Enugu innovation.
*PILLAR 3: INFRASTRUCTURE THAT WORKS – NO MORE SWIMMING BUSES*
In my first 100 days, I will declare a State of Emergency on flooding and roads. Modern drainage, rural roads that connect Urban and Rural Enugu – like _ChinemeaguTV_ connects us. Infrastructure that supports growth, not photo-ops.
*PILLAR 4: NEW VISION FOR EDUCATION & HUMAN CAPITAL*
We will rebuild schools as skill factories, not certificate factories. Bursary, coding, and enterprise training from Primary to Tertiary.
*PILLAR 5: NEW LEADERSHIP – TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY, RESULTS*
Every kobo of Enugu money will be tracked. Strict compliance, corporate governance principles, risk management and financial reporting – the same system I used to build banks and oil companies. No more godfatherism. Governance will be people-focused and results-driven.
*PILLAR 6: HEALTHCARE & SOCIAL INCLUSION*
A system where opportunities are accessible to all. Community health insurance, support for market women, and financial inclusion for the poorest Ndi Enugu.

You cannot build in chaos. We will deploy community-led, tech-enabled security. A safe Enugu is a productive Enugu.
*PILLAR 8: ARTISANS HARVEST & ECONOMIC UPLIFTMENT – FROM SKILLS TO WEALTH*
This is the missing link – the 8th side of the octagon that completes the structure. Our artisans – carpenters, tailors, welders, mechanics, weavers, electricians, palm wine tappers – are not hustlers, they are the engine of Enugu.
Under OCHOUDO, we will harvest their skills and connect them to upliftment:
