POLITICS;
Communique issued by Amurri Community Political Stakeholders…
Amurri Political Stakeholders Meeting conveyed by Dr Ben Nwoye, held on Friday 29th Day of August 2025 at the Peace Castle, Amurri Nkanu West LGA, Enugu State.
While discussing the contemporary issues regarding the political developments in Enugu State, we resolved as follows …
1 That Amurri political leaders appreciate the transformational leadership of His Excellency Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, the executive governor of Enugu State.
Under his leadership, Amurri as well as other communities in Enugu have benefited in infrastructural development programs of PNM, i.e
1 Smart Green School.
2 Type.2 health center
3 Smart farm estate which are almost in their completion stages.
Under this present administration of Gov. Peter Mbah, our own son, Professor Umezuluike Okafor was appointed as chief medical director CMD.
We also commend His Excellency Gov Peter Mbah for also coming to our rescue by awarding the construction of OBE/AMURRI road, which the mobilization to site is said to commence in October 2025 and soil testing is ongoing already.
We Amurri political Stakeholders, consisting of members of all political parties that are functioning in Amurri (ADC, APGA, APC, SDP, LP & PDP) with our convener, Dr. Ben Nwoye (Udede Okwanka of Amurri Ancient Kingdom) hereby passed a vote of confidence on H.E Gov. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, we supported him massively during the 2023 gubernatorial election and we shall repeat such by 2027 general election.
Amurri political Stakeholders have collectively resolved that Gov. Peter Mbah coming to Amurri to campaign 2027 gubernatorial election will only be for formality purposes, because his good governance/administration have already endeared him to us (Amurrians).
God bless Peter Mbah
God bless Enugu State
God bless Nigeria
