Where are the 4000 Youth Millionaires and 520,000 Jobs

Posted on September 29, 2025 by Sonia Onoja

WHERE ARE THE 4,000 YOUTH MILLIONAIRES AND 520,000 JOBS?

POEM Interrogates…

Begging for votes with a saintly voice at one time and attacking the voters with the voice of a masquerade afterwards aptly defines a political chameleon. When the chameleon begins to superintend over civil unrest, thereby making himself a chancellor of Cartels of Inhumanity, then the people will yell in pains, as they rightly do now, to the point of “Et tu Brute?”.

Martin Luther rightly states, “A lie is like a snowball; the further you roll it, the bigger it gets. “And you know what, the bigger a liar becomes, the more shameless he appears. Emmanual Ndukuba of Businessday Newspaper (online; 26th September, 2025) was not alone in reporting one of the hottest utterances of human delusion in 21st century Anambra State of Nigeria.
Ngwa gee nti

In the first paragraph, Ndukuba penned the egg-less omelette promised by the one riding on Obiano’s horse; Soludo promised to produce 1000 youth millionaires yearly in Anambra State. This was one campaign bazooka, too many, and the enthusiastic Obiano-factory fitted crowd really fell to it. Soludo made the pledge at the official flagoff of his campaign for the Anambra guber race in 2021.
Aga na ekwenu nkwa!

Ladies and gentlemen, it is four years gone, and we are still looking for the 4000 youth millionaires made by Soludo. All we can see is a deadly demography of kidnapped, dismembered, deceased, widowed, and impoverished ndi Anambra, wailing in pains and in sundry tongues. Let the judges judge!
Nkea osochakwa na nke anyi?

How about the sister-bolt of a lie; the second in the barrel; “130,000 jobs to be created yearly in Anambra”. Ndi Anambra, have you seen Soludo’s 520, 000 jobs in the last four years? Your Excellency, you are a professor of econometrics, meaning measurements and evaluation in economics. For that reason, please feel free to re-compute and counter our calculations above, to possibly raise a sequel of an econometric contestation.
Anambra abaa one chance!

Time to ignore empty promises, to follow the sincere intents of Dr George Moghalu. Do not add another four to an ugly four. It can be disastrous!
Anambra ga adi mma ozo!
