Speech By Hon. Felix Ngutswen, National Coordinator Of TEAM AKPABIO FOR TINUBU (TAT), At the Official Presentation of Educational Materials To Pupils Of St Mary’s Primary School, Urua Akpan In Essien Udim Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, On Monday, September 22, 2025

Let me on behalf of the national executive council, Akwa Ibom executive and the entire members of TEAM AKPABIO FOR TINUBU (TAT), welcome and appreciate our distinguished invited guests, political leaders, leaders of thoughts, traditional rulers and the entire people of Akwa Ibom State, especially the representative of the political class, guest speakers of this occasion and all the policy experts who have agreed to lend their expertise to help distil an enabling environment for today’s presentation to be a reality here in Essien Udim Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.
We have invited you all, to witness what will go down in history as the first official presentation of educational materials to pupils of St Mary’s Primary School, Urua Akpan, in Essien Udim Local Government Area.
The question therefore, is: What is TAT and why the involvement in uplifting the educational standard of pupils and students in schools? The answer is simple: TAT is here to sustain the Renew Hope Agenda of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Bola Tinubu, backed by the Senate President, Distinguished Senator Dr Godswill Akpabio, who is from here and furtherance the ARISE Agenda policy of the performing Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno.
It will interest everyone to know that TAT is a detailed and well-articulated to mean, TEAM AKPABIO FOR TINUBU.
TEAM AKPABIO FOR TINUBU 2027 (TAT) is not just a campaign organization but an assembly of great Nigerians who have demonstrated their passion, commitment and patriotism towards nation building.
TAT is committed to the re-election of our dear President TINUBU, our principal Distinguish Senator Dr Godswill Akpabio, Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno and all Progressive Governors and members of National and States Assemblies under the APC family, come 2027.
We are driven by the antecedent and track record of your son and our leader, Senator Godswill Akpabio, whose impeccable character and humility has earned him a lot of regards and respect amongst his colleagues in the National Assembly in particular, and Nigerians as a whole.
Let me again thank the Headmaster, entire teachers, traditional rulers and good people of Essien Udim for the overwhelming support we are getting today.
I am deeply grateful to the Governor of the State, Pastor Umo Eno, for positively changing the face of Leadership by providing security, good roads, building houses for the poor, providing health facilities, educational advancement, free food distribution, and human capital development, among others, through His Excellency’s ARISE Agenda policy.
With Pastor Umo Eno as governor beyond 2027, I envision a vibrant, inclusive, diversified and highly industrialized economy for this State, using highly developed human and material resources.
However, I want to place on record here and now that our principal, Senator Godswill Akpabio, is our source of inspiration, hence the distribution of today’s educational materials commences from St Mary’s Primary School Urua Akpan, which is in his Clan and Local Government Area. This gesture would be extended to all senatorial districts in Akwa Ibom State, for a start and definitely would be taken to the remaining 35 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Please permit me at this point, to enumerate what TAT is presenting here today. We are giving out:
1. Free school uniforms;
2. Free exercise books;
3. School bags to reward pupils who secured 1st and 2nd positions from Primary 1–6;
4.we have provided a Cutting-grass machines to ease manual labour in schools, our state Secretariat of TAT here in Akwa ibom will always be here to make sure that, the school grasses are cleared for a healthy learning environment. The cleaning service department of TAT will be in charge of the machine to make sure that all the primary schools in Akwa ibom state are kept clean
I am hopeful that through these token to be presented immediately after this speech will go a long way in uplifting the life and educational standard of today’s beneficiaries.
Let me again thank you for finding time to attend this first of it’s kind presentation by a socio-political organization.
