NIGERIA LIBERTY MOVEMENT, (NLM), SOUTH EAST GEOPOLITICAL ZONAL MEETING WITH THE NATIONAL CHAIRMAN.
Key decisions from yesterday’s meeting with the National Chairman and NEC/SEC members from South East Extraction.
The following resolutions and recommendations were adopted as our guiding principles (modus operandi) to improve the fortunes of the party in the South East Region in particular and Nigeria in general.
The meeting was well attended by most of the NEC/SEC members from the Region while the National Chairman and National Vice Chairman represented the party Headquarters.
Chief Livinus stood in for the National Leader in the meeting.
The NEC/SEC members of our great party from the South East Region, led by the Regional Director, Comrade Ifeanyi Umeh Ibekwe, presented their report.
This is the scoreboard of what they have done to move our party forward in the Region.
On the issue of structural formations, State by State reports indicated that they have completed their State and LGA Executives.
They assured me that they would complete their Ward Executives in no distance time.
They reported that they have engaged in door-to-door mobilisation to win more people to our party because NLM is a task that must accomplished by all, and our sole duty is to contribute to liberating the Country by making Thisdaysmoses, Nigeria’s President, come 2027.
They reported the success story recorded by the party in the zone, especially the defection of some notable PDP, Labour Party, APC, and UDP members who recently joined our party.
The Regional Director, Comrade Umeh Ifeanyi Ibekwe, commended the Hon. National Secretary for securing office space for the party in his LGA headquarters (Amangunze), which was donated to the party by his political ally, Chief Agunachebe.
The party recorded success in so many areas.
They are formidable and their unity of purpose is commendable.
The central message is that our party is United in the South East Region and they are working in one accord.
They are willing to work with like minds in every part of the Federation to sustain the momentum and achieve the desired goals and aspirations of forming this formidable and unique political party.
They are ready 247 to deliver our party in the Region.
The South East Caucus of the party is going to hold a seminar to showcase the party policies and programmes.
It is expected that the seminar will hold this February to woo more people to join our formidable political party.
In due time an official invitation will be extended to the party leadership to grace the occasion and offer their moral support.
The National Secretary of Nigeria Liberty Movement, NLM, Comrade Ngene F.C. Obama, was mandated by his people to confer a chieftaincy title to our National Leader and National Chairman, while Comrade Jeremiah David and Comrade Livinus is now a red cap Chief in Igboland.
The Hon.National Leader’s title is Ezekwesiri 1 of Igboland (The Chosen King/leader), while the National Chairman’s title is Ezeudo 1 of Igboland (King of Peace).
Comrade Livinus is now Chief Livinus.
Comrade Jeremiah David is now Chief David.
They were recognised in appreciation for their selfless services to humanity and the restoration of the dignity of man to the Nigerian people.
SOUTH EAST DEMANDS:
FUND FOR MEETING:
All the States from the East Region have hosted one form of meeting on behalf of NLM, and they are asking the party leadership to support them in hosting a general State Meeting because they are expecting close to 300 persons to attend the meeting.
Regional VIST:
The South East Caucus of NLM is demanding that the National Chairman or a delegation of some NEC members come to their Region, as he was seen doing when he was the interim National Vice Chairman to talk to their members and encourage them to remain steadfast with our party.
They believe that such a visit will boost the morale of their people because they are expecting to see the people from our National Headquarters attend their meeting physically.
FEEDBACK FROM THE NATIONAL CHAIRMAN AND HIS TEAM.
The National Vice Chairman and Chief Livinus commended the South East Caucus for the peaceful atmosphere in which the meeting was conducted.
The National Vice Chairman congratulated the zone on the speed completion of their State and LGA Executives and urged them to do more because it is no longer business as usual and the reward for hard is more work.
Chief Livinus is full praise to the people of the South East Region for their doggedness and selfless services to move our party to the next level.
He presented a message of hope from the National Leader, Amb. Moses Olusoji Adebisi, (TDM), to the people of South East.
He informed the people that our National leader is taking cognizance of everyone’s efforts and assured them that everybody would be rewarded here on Earth in no distance time.
The National Chairman, Ezeudo Thompson Misharch, is visibly happy with the performance of the people of the South East Region.
He stated that the South East Region meeting is the best so far in time of conduct and performance.
The first zone that recorded zero cases in their meeting, everything was orderly, and many success was recorded in all the States from the Zone.
Though the National Chairman charged the leaders to complete their Ward Executives because to whom much is given, much is equally expected.
He commended the two women in the meeting for living up to expectations.
That’s Comrade Peace Uchechukwu, Enugu State Chairperson, and Comrade Okpoko Ifeoma Isabella, South East Regional Secretary, for living above aboard.
Incidentally, the two Amazones are from Enugu State.
The National Chairman encouraged leaders of our party to bring together other women who can contribute immensely to the well-being of our party.
The National Chairman gave the people of the South East privileged information that his office and that of the National Woman Leader are going to organise a women’s conference in Abuja in which women from 774 LGA in Nigeria will be fully represented.
The conference will discuss the welfare of women in the country.
The dogged and capacity National Chairman, Ezeudo 1 of Igboland gave an affirmative response to all their demands as follows:
On the issue of funding: The National Chairman stated that everything is hanging on the completion of the 7 Hierarchical Order of Structures in all the States and the FCT.
On the issue of Visitation: The National Chairman, Ezeudo Thompson Misharch, stated that our party will engage in State visits very soon but is being delayed by States that are yet to complete their structural formations, and the South East Region is one such zone.
He charged all the States in the Region to complete the formation of their structures as a prerequisite for the much-awaited State visits.
The meeting ended on a happy note with an assurance from leaders from the Southeast Region that they would do more to protect and propagate the policies, programmes, and manifesto of NLM to the people.
Most importantly, they’ll intensify effort in completing their structures.
The highlight of the meeting was when the National Chairman informed the people of the South East Region that he was their adopted son, and the people responded by calling him Ezeudo 1 of Igboland and urged him to inform the National Leader of his new chieftaincy title of Ezekwesiri 1 of Igboland.
