Hon. Osita Ngwu is a fine gentleman, a business tycon, politician, patriot, humanist, one of the finest politician from Enugu West Senatorial District.
Osita became famous many years ago due to his philanthropic activities aimed at liberating his people from economic and political emancipation.
Chief Osita Ngwu has contributed immensely to the economic and political development of his people before his election as a senator representing Enugu West Senatorial District in the 2023 general election.
As the lawmaker who was elected under the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP), representing Enugu West Senatorial District.
Ngwu’s democratic credentials and political sagacity were easily noticeable among the party’s establishment in the State and his colleagues in the Senate, that it was not difficult for him to emerge as Deputy Minority Leader of the Nigerian Senate.
It was always a delight anytime we were at the galley or at home watching him making passionate contributions on the floor of the Senate.
His comportment, deep knowledge of legislative procedures and the maturity he always exhibits were topics among journalists within and outside National Assembly.
Senator Osita Ngwu is very vocal in championing progressive agenda and is always at the forefront, using the legislature to fight on issues of national importance that bother on the development and growth of the country.
He is neither a passive legistrator nor one that will be absent at duty post.
He is always dedicated to the service and wellbeing of the people of his constituency.
Due to his robust and effective representation, he was nominated by Focus Magazine Nigeria as 2024 Nigerian Man of the year in recognition of his selfless services to the people of Enugu West Senatorial District in particular and Nigeria at large.
We pray for wisdom for Distinguished Senator Osita Ngwu as he makes decisions that affect the lives of many.
We pray to God to give him the courage to prioritize the needs of his constituents and to work tirelessly for their benefits.
We pray to our Lord Almighty to grant him the strength and courage he needs to face the challenges of his office and remain firm and committed to the societal norms and values.
