It is the prayers of the people, especially the numerous people who have benefited from his philanthropy and life-changing empowerment programs, that the Almighty God will continue to bless him and his household with more riches, sound health, and long life.
Chief Edeh David Ugochukwu (Ogbuefi Nwakaibie Na Sweden) was born in Eziama Amechi Idodo in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State, Nigeria.
He is from Umuatu kindred and a proud member of Udo Amaka Age Grade, ( Udo Amaka Age Grade First Son).
The fastest and most impactful, result-oriented, and committed age grade in the history of Amechi Idodo.
In appreciation of Chief David Ugochukwu Edeh’s dogged contributions to the political and economic emancipation of Ndigbo in diaspora.
The leadership of Ohaneze Ndigbo Sweden Chapter gave him a Chieftaincy title of Ogbuefi Nwakaibie Na Sweden.
He was equally rewarded with a leadership position as he was duly elected Hon. Financial Secretary of Igbo Progressive Union, Sweden Chapter.
This patriotic/Philanthropic son of Eziama Amechi Idodo, has always contributed to the peace and overall development of Amechi Idodo in particular and Enugu State at large.
It is on record that Ogbuefi Nwakaibie has contributed immensely to the social and economic development of his village in particular and Amechi Idodo in general.
Other charitable programmes of this philanthropist from Eziama Amechi Idodo include;
Yearly Christmas gifts of foodstuff, cash gifts to indigent persons, especially youths.
Just recently, Ogbuefi Nwakaibie has awarded scholarships to many indigent persons in our community.
He equally granted some financial aid to few of our elderly people to support their business.
It is equally on record that he has offered free medical services to the people to improve their living conditions.
