Hon. Dr. Ben Nwoye is a dogged fighter of a noble order.
The name Nwoye is synonymous with rule of law and due process.
In his political career so far, he is a symbol of hope to Nigerians and a liberator of the oppressed.

Etodike 1 of Ibegwa Nike, a man that is highly respected for his sterling leadership qualities, has no doubt endeared himself to the hearts of the people of Enugu state and beyond.
Hon. Barr. Ben Nwoye (MFR) is unassuming, sociable and soft spoken.
He is like the proverbial Amanlize the cat, the Igbo folklore hero who mastered the art of riding the storm and achieving great feats quietly.
Unlike Chinua Achebe’s Amanlize, ( the cat) in Things Fall Apart who was eventually defeated by Okonkwo after Seven years winning streak, Dr. Nwoye had always emerged victorious.
Udede Okwanka, as he is popularly called by friends and well-wishers is a Democrat; whose contributions to the advancement of democracy in Enugu State and Nigeria is much appreciated.
The emergence of Dr Ben Nwoye as Chief of Staff to APC Deputy Chairman North East greatly helped in ensuring stability in the party.
He brought maturity and sagacity to bear on party engagements and issues of national importance.
The leadership in politics and party provided by Dr Nwoye is worthy of emulation.
He has contributed in guiding the ruling party through the rough seas of politics and policies aimed at projecting the party.
His refrain has been the welfare of the party; and this has shaped the image of the party positively.
He had not betrayed the peoples’ trust in Him.
His relationship with his colleagues, governments and the people of Enugu State and the country in general is quite cordial and fosters State and National development.
Dr Ben Nwoye, is unarguably one of the finest personalities from Enugu State who have contributed immensely to the development of the state.
He is highly educated and has gone to many continents of the World in furtherance of his education for self development and advancement of humanity.
He have held many positions in the past.
Two term Chairman of Enugu State APC, Former Federal Board Chairman, Consumer Protection Council, South East Zone.
Nwoye’s Indelible Footprints in Nkanu West LG and beyond is unquestionable.
One of the greatest legacies of Prince Nwoye, (Udede Okwanka of Amuri Ancient Kingdom) is the regular charity and donation of food, clothing to orphans, widows and widowers in the community.
Prince Nwoye believes that education is the bedrock of every society, this is why he sponsors indigent people in Nkanu West in Secondary schools.
He also assists undergraduates from Nkanu West and Enugu State in general.
Many people have benefited from his free medical outreach programmes aimed at providing qualitative health care to the people.
Through his sponsorship of Amuri annual Football Tournament, unity has been strengthen, while raw talent had been discovered and developed for national and international engagements.
His steady political rise could only have been a combination of determination and divine.
I, the people of Enugu State and other Nigerians wish this icon of our time, more rewarding and fruitful years of service of fatherland.
He must endeavour not to deviate from the path of progress and humility that he is known for, of which had brought much transformation for the people.
